ORDER ADOPTING THE REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE

This case is before the Court on plaintiff Carrie Johnson’s motion to remand after defendant LaSalle Bank National Association (“LaSalle”) removed the case to federal court. In a Report and Recommendation filed on April 14, 2009, United States Magistrate Judge Raymond L. Erickson recommended that the Court grant Johnson’s motion to remand.
