The appellant is an attorney at law. and as such, entered into a contract with one Allen to institute and conduct a suit against the President and Managers of the Baltimore and Yorktown Turnpike Company for the recovery of damages claimed by said Allen for injuries caused by the alleged negligence of the company’s agents.
