OPINION

MORRISON, Judge.

The offense is murder; the punishment, 30 years.

Appellant’s first ground of error is that the court erred in admitting a portion of the autopsy report prepared by Dr. Hausman at a time when he was medical examiner for Bexar County. It was first established that at the time of the trial Dr. Hausman had moved to New York City where he had assumed a position in the medical examiner’s office of such city.
