Affirming.
L. P. Gouge, 'in his lifetime, was the owner' of two hundred and fifty-eight acres of land in Grant county, Kentucky. In 1886 he conveyed all of his land to his wife, Calista Gouge, without valuable consideration therefor. In 1888 certain of his creditors, whose debts were created prior to the conveyance, filed a suit in the Grant circuit court against the grantor and his wife for the purpose of having the conveyance declared fraudulent as to their debts, under the provisions of section 1907, Kentucky Statutes.
