En 1924 Charles E. Lawton estableció una demanda de injunction contra Vicente Rodríguez, a fin de que se le pro-hibiera continuar cierta edificación comenzada en el solar número cuatro del “Carrion’s Court,” en Santurce, en con-travención a las condiciones impuestas al venderse primitiva-mente todos los solares del dicho “Carrion’s Court.”

Contestó el demandado. Fué el pleito a juicio y la corte finalmente dictó sentencia que se registró el 4 de febrero de 1925 declarando con lugar la demanda y ordenando al Secre-tario que librara
