Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Spokane county, Webster, J., entered January 22, 1915, upon the verdict of a jury rendered in favor of the plaintiff, in an action on contract.

The plaintiff, Walter Barager, commenced this action in the superior court for Spokane county, seeking recovery of damages which he alleges resulted to him from the breach of an employment contract entered into by. him with the defendant, Arcadia Orchards Company, a domestic corporation, before the expiration of his agreed term of employment. Trial before the court and a jury resulted in verdict and judgment in favor of the plaintiff for the sum of $620, the full amount claimed, from which the defendant has appealed.
