¶ 1. In this case, the Court is called upon to resolve the respective rights of the parties to a land sale contract that, on its face, is quite simple and straightforward. Nevertheless, subsequent events have given rise to sharply contrasting views among the parties as to their respective rights and obligations under the agreement.
