Chakravorty v. Department of Air Force

Dr. Krishna P. Chakravorty (“Chakravorty”) seeks review of the final decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board (“Board”) dismissing his appeal from his allegedly involuntary resignation for lack of jurisdiction. See Chakravorty v. Dep’t of the Air Force, No. DA-1221-00-0200-B-l (M.S.P.B. July 17, 2002) (initial decision) (“Chakravorty II”).
