LaToya Felicia Wheeler, as personal representative of the estate of Domonique Daquan Wheeler, deceased, appeals as of right the order granting defendant’s motion for summary disposition of plaintiffs claims alleging wrongful death, nuisance, and loss of consortium. We affirm.
This case arises from the tragic drowning death of five year old Domonique Wheeler. On the night of Domonique’s death, his mother, LaToya Wheeler, took Domonique and five other children, including her infant son, to defendant’s Comfort Inn hotel to celebrate Domonique’s sixth birthday, which was the next day.
