—Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed February 17, 1995, which denied the employer’s request for reimbursement.
Claimant was severely burned in the course of his employment on July 15, 1992 and was awarded workers’ compensation benefits at the maximum total disability rate of $400 per week from the date of his injury to February 22, 1993, when he returned to work.
