¶ 1. On October 2, 2006, a Harrison County grand jury returned a two-count indictment charging Miguel Angel Solorza-no Bartolo with one count of felony theft of telecommunication services, in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated section 97-25-54(6)(a) (Rev.2006), and one count of murder, in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated section 97-3-19(l)(a) (Rev.2006).
