*617In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Harkavy, J.), dated August 4, 2006, which granted the separate motions of the defendants Beatrice Epstein Family Partnership, L.R, and Alexander Tregubov for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs.
