The plaintiff, while on an outing, visited a locality known as Harrison, 1ST Y. One Bandry, who claimed to be the agent of the defendants, showed the -plaintiff three lots and solicited her to purchase the same. After some conversation relative to terms, etc., the plaintiff agreed to purchase, and a map was shown her, and she was told that the lots were situated on what is known as Ellsworth avenue, and the numbers shown on the map were represented to be the numbers designating lots on said avenue.
