This is a workmen’s compensation case in which the widow of the deceased worker filed snit to recover compensation for his accidental injury and death. The deceased, Turner Albert Carney had worked for the Mc-Cann Steel Company as a regular employee for more than a year prior to his death on December 2, 1947.
