This is an appeal by Warner, et al., landowners whose property was subject matter of a condemnation suit, from order of dismissal of such suit.

Attorneys who in fact represented the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of San Antonio, purporting to act for the City of San Antonio filed condemnation proceedings in the name of the City of San Antonio to condemn certain property in the City of San Antonio belonging to George W.
