This appeal by Henderson Properties, Inc. (Appellant) is from the judgment of the trial court awarding Appellant compensation in the sum of $339,440.00 for^a portion of a housing project owned by Appellant and expropriated by the Department of Highways (Department) for construction of Interstate Highway 10 in the City of Baton Rouge. Appellant alleges the trial court erred in granting inadequate compensation and assessing Appellant with costs.
