This is a third trial of right of property between the same parties, each arising from an effort of the appellants, Cleaveland & McNamara, to collect a judgment that they obtained in the County Court of Henry county against Thomas Gabriel. Gabriel resided in Henry county, where he gave the chattel mortgage in question in Gen. No. 6,413, ante, p. 387, but his propertv iii dispute in Gen.
