Defendants Tennessee Valley Authority and Craven Crowell (collectively “TVA”) move to strike the plaintiffs claims for compensatory damages on his remaining Title VII claims, Counts 75 and 129 of the amended complaint. [Court File No. 130]. TVA contends that plaintiff Seay failed to exhaust his administrative remedies to the extent Seay claims he is entitled to recover compensatory damages under Title VII.
