In an action, inter alia, for specific *446performance of a contract to convey real property, the defendants, Gary Annino and Citibank, N. A., appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Katz, J.), dated July 7, 1989, which denied their motion for summary judgment.
Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with one bill of costs, and the motion for summary judgment is granted.
