Memorandum.
The order of the Appellate Division should be modified by reversing so much of the order as modified the judgment of the Court of Claims and awarded claimant $45,150, and the case remitted to the Appellate Division for further proceedings in accordance with this memorandum, and, as so modified, affirmed.
