TEIGEN, Judge.

The plaintiff, Hamish Morrison Mann, brought this action for a divorce against the defendant, Emily Amelia Mann. The complaint alleges that the defendant has been guilty of willful desertion, which has continued for more than one year previous to the commencement of the action, and extreme cruelty. Judgment is demanded for a decree of divorce and for the custody and care of the minor children to the marriage.
