Following a bench trial in the State Court of Gwinnett County, Robert M. Allen and his company, Exterior Expressions, Inc., appeal from the judgment in favor of Harkness Stone Company, Inc., on Allen’s counterclaim for unpaid rent due under a leasehold agreement and for attorney fees and costs of litigation. Allen contends the court erred in requiring him to mitigate damages.
