Defendants liare appealed from a judgment establishing plaintiff’s preference claim against the defendant bank, an insolvent institution in the hands of the commissioner of banks for liquidation.
The facts are simple and may be summarized as follows: The two banks involved in. this action were the only banks at Milaca during the time here involved.
