Petitioner appeals a judgment denying his petition for post-conviction relief, in which he alleges that he was denied adequate assistance of trial counsel under Article I, section 11, of the Oregon Constitution and the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution. He assigns error to the post-conviction court’s rulings on the merits of his amended petition for post-conviction relief, as well as to the denial of his motions to file a second amended petition for post-conviction relief, and for a continuance.
