On December 27, 1929, a.collision occurred between a motorbus owned and operated in stage service by appellant, and a Ford car occupied by Barney B. Hines, bis wife, and four children. The occupants of the Ford car were seriously injured and were taken by the driver of the bus to a hospital in Midland owned and operated by appellee. This is a suit by appellee against appellant to recover the reasonable value of necessary hospital accommodation, surgical and medical services rendered to the injured persons.
