THAYER, Circuit Judge.

This is an action upon a policy of life insurance dated June 18,1897, which was issued by the Security Mutual Life Insurance Company, a Rew York corporation, the plaintiff in error, upon the life of Elias H. Webb, of Denver, Colo., who was the father of the beneficiaries in whose behalf the action was instituted. The policy was for the sum of $10,000, and by its terms made the application therefor a part of the policy.
