This is an action of ejectment brought by the defendant in error against the plaintiff in the district court of Thayer county to recover the possesion of the east half of the south*682west quarter of section twenty-one, in township one north, of range one west. On the trial of the cause the jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendant in error, on which judgment was rendered.
