Appellant Leonard Dillard was convicted of malice murder. He appeals, asserting, inter alia, he was denied his constitutional right to a speedy trial. Finding no reversible error, we affirm.

Appellant and the victim, Sandra Knight, attended a house party on the night of April 13, 2007. They left the party close to midnight, stopped at a drug house to buy crack cocaine, and went to appellant’s house.
