Special grounds 5 and 6 of the amended motion for new trial assigned error on the admission of testimony of a physician who treated the plaintiff and gave an opinion as to the cause of her alleged injuries.

The contention is made that such testimony was not admissible because the plaintiff testified that she was not treated by such physician until July 1959, while the physician, whose testimony was objected to, testified that he examined the plaintiff in November 1958 (on the date she received the alleged injuries), that he examined her thereafter and that in his…
