In a matrimonial action in which the parties were divorced by a judgment dated January 7, 1983, the defendant husband appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Coppola, J.), entered June 22, 1989, which denied his motion to compel the sale of the marital residence and awarded the plaintiff counsel fees in the sum of $1,500.

Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting therefrom the provision which awarded the plaintiff counsel fees; as so modified, the order is affirmed, with costs to the plaintiff.
