delivering the opinion of the Court:

This case is before us on a special demurrer to the plaintiffs’ declaration, which contains two counts.

The first count is a common count for labor done and services performed by the plaintiffs for the defendants, at their request. There is no basis for the defendants’ demurrer to that count of the declaration as the allegations of each count must be considered alone, and without reference to the allegations of any other count.
