MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the Court are the motions of the two defendants, Claytus De Leon and Tomas Humberto Colon-Franco (“Colon”), to suppress certain tangible evidence seized from the person of each and from the car in which one was seated, and to suppress the statements given to the United States Immigration Service officials by De Leon and Colon following their respective arrests.
