The government brings this motion pursuant to Rule C(6) of the Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Proceedings (the “Supplemental Rules”) and pursuant to Rule 37(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, seeking dismissal of the *19claims and answers filed by claimants Rom-my Amaechi, Okechukwu Ogu Oguledo and Rex Hayford (“claimants” collectively) and seeking forfeiture of the defendant currency.
