Two points are made by the appellant for reversal. The first is, that the court erred in overruling the motion made by appellant for a continuance of the cause, on account of the absence of Free P. Morris, a member of the legislature elect; and the second is, that the court erred in dismissing the appellant’s appeal from the judgment of the county court. We will notice the first, the refusal of the court to continue.
