In October, 1928 (the day of the month being blank in the written contract), the appellee and plaintiff below, Frank G-raue, entered into a written contract with appellants and defendants below, A. J. Dehlinger and wife, whereby defendants agreed to erect a described residence building according to attached plans and specifications, on a lot in Latonia, Ky., belonging to them, which residence and lot plaintiff agreed therein to purchase from them when the building was completed at the price of $12,000, paying cash at the time $1,500,…
