WILKINS, Circuit Judge:
Floyd Maurice Wilson pled guilty to conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine base, see 21 U.S.C.A. § 846 (West Supp.1997) and distribution of cocaine base, see 21 U.S.C.A. § 841(a)(1) (West 1981).
