This Chapter 7 case is before the court on the Withdrawal by David R. DuBois as Chapter 7 Trustee of the above captioned bankruptcy estate (hereinafter: “Trustee”), of his Motion for the Determination of the Tax Liability of the above captioned bankruptcy estate, and the Objection thereto, and the Motion for a Ruling on Motion for Summary Judgment by the United States of America, on behalf of its Agency the Internal Revenue Service (hereinafter: “IRS”).
