At the time of the formal submission of this cause, counsel suggested that the determination of this cause be *685held in abeyance awaiting the decision of the Supreme Court in the United States of America et al. v. N. E. Rosenblum Truck Lines, Inc. (The United States of America et al. v. J. B. Margolies), 62 S.Ct. 445, 86 L.Ed.-, decided January 19, 1942.
