Reversing.

The appellee, John G. Thomas, recovered a judgment for $2,000 against the Sun Insurance Office, Limited, on an insurance contract, and the company has appealed.

The appellee owned a lumberyard in Owenton, Ky,, and just prior to May 3, 1933, the building, machinery, and materials thereon were insured for the sum of $26,750.
