DAY, Circuit Judge.

This case arises upon an application of J. (B Adler, bankrupt, for an order confirming a composition with his creditors, to which objections were filed. Upon bearing, the district judge refused to confirm the composition, and this appeal is prosecuted from that order. There is no question as to the regularity of the proceedings, and the approval of the composition by creditors sufficient in amount and number to meet the requirements of the statute. Allowing exemptions and other liens upon the property, the appraisal shows the net value of the estate to be §770; the total…
