*841 *547 ¶ 1 Following a traffic stop, defendant Jeremiah Paige Rice was charged with one count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance ( 720 ILCS 646/60(b)(4) (West 2016) (methamphetamine possession) ). He filed a motion to quash arrest and suppress evidence, which the trial court denied. After a stipulated bench trial, the circuit court found defendant guilty and sentenced him to 11 years in prison.
