Plaintiff Association of American Medical Colleges (“AAMC”) seeks a preliminary injunction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 65 preventing defendant Viken Mikaelian (“Mikaelian”) and Multiprep, Inc., Mikaelian’s wholly owned and operated test preparation business, from using test preparation materials alleged by AAMC to infringe AAMC’s own copyrighted test questions used in the administration of the Medical College Admission Test (“MCAT”).
