In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant Chase Manhattan Bank appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Hutcherson, J.), dated March 2, 1995, as denied its cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, the cross motion for summary judgment is granted, and the complaint is dismissed insofar as asserted against the defendant Chase Manhattan Bank.
