This matter is before the court for determination on a motion made by defendant to strike out the *112amended complaint on the grounds that the complaint does not disclose a cause of action; that it is uncertain, vague and indefinite; that special damages are not pleaded and that there was no publication. A history of this case discloses that the original complaint as well as an amended complaint, were stricken by another member of the Circuit Court on substantially the same grounds as above mentioned.
