This is a contest between the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, which is' the insurer, of the Colonial Buhker Oil Gompanyj both • under the Georgia Workmen’s Compensation Act (Code 1933, § 114-101 et seq.) and the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (33 U.S.C.A. § 901 et seq.), and Mrs. Monson, the widow of the deceased, as to whether the insurance company shall pay the smaller amount authorized by the Georgia law or the larger' amount authorized by the federal law.
