OPINION

BUTTS, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order taxing attorney’s fees against the movant in a motion to modify the managing conserva-torship of two children. TEX.F7lM.CODE ANN. § 14.08 (Vernon Supp.1932-1983). 1 Appellant, Janet Youens Wolters, the mother and possessory conservator, sought modification of the order appointing John H. White, Jr., the father, managing conservator of the two children of their marriage, the order issuing at the time of the parties’ divorce on May 15,1978.
