Petitioners Ortco Contractors, Inc. (“Ortco”) and Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Corporation (collectively, “Petitioners”) seek our review of the Benefits Review Board’s (“BRB”) order affirming the administrative law judge’s (“ALJ”) determination, following an initial reversal and remand by the BRB, that Respondent Lynette Charpentier is entitled to benefits under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (“LHWCA”).
