Defendant Frank Manzardo was charged with aggravated assault of Betty Wojtas, unlawful use of weapons, failure to carry a firearm owner’s identification card (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 38, pars. 12 — 2(a)(1), 24— 1(a) (2), 83 — 2), and with failure to register a deadly weapon with the city of Chicago in violation of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago. Defendant Irma Salazar was charged with battery of Loma Sereiko. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 38, par. 12 — 3(a).)
