OPINION AND REMAND ORDER

This matter comes before the court on plaintiffs Motion to Remand. For the reasons stated below, plaintiffs Motion to Remand is GRANTED.

I. Factual and Procedural History

From June 16, 2003, to July 28, 2003, plaintiff Roslyn N. Brooks (“Ms.Brooks”) was employed as Chief Steward aboard the MAERSK ALASKA, a vessel owned and operated by Defendant Maersk Line, Limited (“Maersk Line”). Mot.
