Compass Group USA Inc., individually, doing business as Chartwells (“Chart-wells”), appeals the jury verdict in favor of Brandon Bryant (“Bryant”) for unlawful termination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. Chartwells challenges the jury’s finding that it terminated Bryant either because of his race or because he had filed an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) charge of discrimination.
